Dear NYAIAI Members & Guests:

On behalf of the New York Association of Independent Adjusters, Inc., we would like to invite you to attend our 83rd Annual Convention to be held at The Sagamore Resort in Bolton Landing, NY on September 12th to 15th, 2024.

The Sagamore Resort is located in New York’s Adirondack Mountains.  Lake George is one of the best places to go for a scenic weekend and is located on Main Street right downtown.  Enjoy strolling by local shops in Bolton Landing or taking in all that the Sagamore Resort has to offer. 

On Thursday, September 12th, Convention Registration will begin at 2:00 pm followed by a Welcome Cocktail Reception and hors d’oeuvres at 5:30pm. 

On Friday, September 13th, breakfast will begin at 7:00 am.  The Golf Event will be held at the beautiful Sagamore Golf Course, 1st tee time will be at noon. The non-golfers will have lunch at the Lighthouse Grill at noon followed by a sightseeing cruise at 1:30 pm.  Friday evening there will be a Cocktail Party followed by Dinner.  

On Saturday, September 14th breakfast will begin at 7:00. Saturday afternoon we will be on your own to enjoy the beautiful Lake George area or hop on the Sagamore Boat Cruise which leaves the hotel frequently throughout the afternoon.  Saturday evening there is a Cocktail Party followed by the Grand Banquet at 7:00 pm.  Jackets are suggested for Saturday Night Banquet.
