On behalf of the New York Association of Independent Adjusters, Inc., we would like to invite you to attend our 85^th Annual NYAIAI Convention to be held at the Resort World Catskills in Monticello, NY, September 24^th to 27^th, 2026.

Resort World is nestled among the beauty of the Catskill Mountains.  It offers an unmatched experience in excitement, entertainment, and luxury.  That’s just the beginning, every time you visit, you will find another reason to come back to Resorts World.

On Thursday, September 24^th, Convention Registration will begin at 1:00 pm followed by a Welcome Cocktail Reception and hors d’oeuvres at 5:30pm to 7:30. 

On Friday, September 25^th, breakfast will begin at 7:00 am.  The Golf Event will be held at the beautiful Monster Golf Club, 1^st tee time will begin at noon. The golf course was originally designed by Joe Finger and recently redesigned by Rees Jones.  It is rated by Golf Digest as one of America’s 100 Greatest Golf courses.  This par 72 challenges every player with length and bunkering with a variety of water hazards.

The non-golfers will be having lunch and a tour of the Museum at Bethal Woods. 

Friday evening there will be a Cocktail Party followed by Dinner. 

On Saturday, September 27^th breakfast will begin at 7:00. We have 3 Excellent Speakers planned.  They are Adam McGeevy of JS Held LLC, Topic: “Investigating Smoke Impact”; Brian Beck, BSE, CFEI of LGI Forensic Engineering, P.C. Topic: “The Engineering of Subrogation” and Melissa A. Foti, Esq. of Foti-Henry PLLC, Topic: “Winning Before Litigation Begins – Early Claims Handling Tips, Litigation Strategies & Trending Issues Affecting NY Liability.

Saturday afternoon we will be enjoying the Resort World Catskills Casino.  Saturday evening there is a Cocktail Party followed by the Grand Banquet at 7:00 pm.  Jackets are suggested for Saturday Night Banquet.
