On behalf of the New York Association of Independent Adjusters, Inc., we would like to invite you to our 77thAnnual Convention to be held at The Peek ‘n Peak Resort & Spa in Clymer, New York on September 28th, 29th, 30th & October 1st, 2017.
Peek ‘n Peak Resort is a four season resort located in the foothills of Clymer, New York. During the winter months they are a ski resort with Alpine and Nordic Skiing, Terrain Parks including the new Boarder Cross Course and Snow Tubing. During the summer months, they have a world class championship golf course, that hosts the PGA Tour’s Web.Com Tour from 2016 – 2019, as well as their giant dual ziplines and aerial adventure course, mini golf, archer ranges, mountain biking and Segway tours. They have a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool complex and Serenity Spa by Aveda.
On Thursday, September 28th, Convention Registration will begin at 1:00 pm and at 5:30 we will be having a Welcome Reception with cocktails and Hors D’oeuvres.
On Friday, September 29th we will have an Educational Session featuring Harvey Lightstone of CPLIC. His topic will be “Managing Your E & O exposure” for 1 Educational Credit. Golfers will enjoy playing at the beautiful championship golf course that challenges golfers of all abilities. Peek ‘n Peak Resort is the perfect destination for a weekend of golf. The Peak’s Upper Golf Course boasts a challenging layout and is a past host of the PGA’s Nationwide Tournament. A box lunch will be provided.
The non-golfers are in for a fantastic afternoon at the Mazza Winery including lunch and bus transportation. Friday evening, we will be having a cocktail party and cookout at Woods n Wedges
Saturday, September 30th we will have another Educational Session featuring Marco Cercone of Rupp Baase Pfalzgraf & Cunningham, LLC. His topic will be “An Analytical approach to jury selection, trials does & don’ts” for 1 Educational Credit also.
Saturday afternoon we will be boarding the Summer Wind Boat Tour which includes Lunch and cocktails will be served. Saturday evening will be our Grand Banquet with a cocktail hour and dinner.
